For easy and efficient maintenance

The replaceable wearing plate is an extra bottom plate in the lower rotor housing, which helps minimizing the wear in the rotor housing.

This type of changeable wearing plate ensures that a worn bottom plate is easily changed. So instead of dismantling the rotor and cutting out the worn plate and afterwards welding in a new one, this operation simply includes the replacement of the plate.
